Watching races

How do I watch a race?

Sign in, then buy access to a race right from its page. The moment you have access, a Watch button appears on the race page and the stream plays right in your browser — nothing to download.

What does a live race night look like?

When the engines fire we go live with multi-angle coverage, live timing and race-night chat — from hot laps to the checkered flag. If you join late, you can still catch the full feature in the Vault the same night.

I bought access but I cannot watch.

Make sure you are signed in with the same account you purchased on. If you are signed in and still stuck, your payment may still be confirming — give it a minute and refresh. Still no luck? Email support@paposse.tv and we will sort it fast.

Devices & free content

What devices can I watch on?

PA Posse streams in any modern web browser — phone, tablet, laptop or desktop — and casts to the big screen. No app to install. We recommend the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.

Is any content free?

Yes. We put select race highlights up free from time to time — look for the green Free tag on the schedule. Free races play without a purchase once you are signed in.

How much internet speed do I need?

A stable connection of around 5 Mbps handles a smooth stream; faster is better for the highest quality. The player adapts to your connection automatically, so it keeps playing even if your speed dips.

Billing & refunds

How does billing work?

Payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. Race purchases are one-time charges: pay once, watch the night live and keep the replay. There is no recurring billing.

What is your refund policy?

Because races are live, time-sensitive events, single-race purchases are generally non-refundable once the race has started or the replay has been viewed. If a stream fails on our end, contact us and we will make it right.

How do I get help with a charge?

Email support@paposse.tv with the email address on your account and we will track down any charge and help you out.
